Five guys burgers .... Not the best burgers in town but at least it's clean and freshly cooked right in front of your eyes unlike other joints with their frozen patties, I also like the fact that you can add as many toppings as you like. Fries are Always a hit or miss for me, sometimes they are on the crispy side, other times they tend to be a bit soggy. Overall, not a bad place to go to for a quick bite.

I'm not sure why it has taken us so long to give this place a shot, but I am so glad we ate here today because this is exactly how a burger should taste. My gf and I each ordered a cheeseburger (standard size is two patties). Her burger was topped off with grilled onions and ketchup, while I chose onions, mushrooms and jalapeños. The beef was cooked perfectly; it was probably the juiciest burger I've ever had. The burger definitely didn't need any toppings, but the mushrooms and onions worked very well with the cheese and contributed this to being one of the best traditional burgers I've tasted. The sesame seed bun is also a good touch; it's a good-sized bun that was able to keep all the goodness contained. As if the burger wasn't a good enough reason to come back, their fries are awesome. We ordered Regular Cajun Fries...what did we receive? Enough fries to easily feed 4-5, and I eat a lot. This is not a case in which the restaurant hopes their quantity makes up for quality, these fries really are tasty with or without the additional Cajun seasoning. The service was also surprisingly outstanding. Generally speaking I don't expect awesome service from fast food restaurants, but the entire staff had a smile on their face and were friendly as well. I will definitely return and when I do, I just might try one of their milkshakes...with bacon!

Always clean and friendly service that will find here. Greeted with a smile and helpfulness that is so refreshing to see. Lost art form. The food is pretty good at times a little on the greasy side. But, it's that type of burger so your not going to get a fancy to good for the bun burger. Fries you can take them of leave. You do get a lot of them. Just never really been my cup of tea. The seasonings they put on are ok but, to me not worth the up charge. Top bonus is the free nuts. Who doesn't like free nuts. Crazy people or well the poor souls who can't have them I guess.

IMO 5 guys is better than "the" west coast burger chain... And it's always better than 4 guys. Not only do I enjoy their juicy burgers but I am addicted to their Cajun fries. I looked it up on the internet once and seems like all they use is the McCormick's Cajun spice mix, but there's gotta be another secret. I really enjoy going to this location, not only is it convenient, but the staff here is really friendly.

Umm.... YUM! This place is awesome. And they don't look at me crazy when I ask for no bun. Every time I've eaten here, the people are friendly and the food is fantastic. You get what you ask for - burger, fries and whatever you want on your burger (or hot dog.) Words of advice - the "little" burger is one patty and the other is two. Also, the regular fry is PLENTY for two (or three) people. Even two very hungry people. They ALWAYS pour more fries in. And what a treat they are :)

Food was good, place could have been cleaner, but it was a busy day.

I like this Five Guys location a lot. It's kept fairly clean and the employees are friendly. What I don't like about this location, are the lines! Ugh. Seriously, sometimes it is so packed in there and it takes FOREVER to get your order in and then the wait feels like FOREVER after you place you order. The food is great though! I love the different topping choices for the burgers. The fries are delicious as well! If you're shopping around Winter Garden Village and want to grab a simple lunch, Five Guys is the place to go!

This is a great fast casual burger joint. Yes, it is a chain -- but it is more enjoyable than some alternatives. For the price it can be a bit much, but it is still less expensive than in a full service restaurant and the quality is top notch. I enjoy the little extras -- meaning the peanuts as it add that something extra. Additionally, I always seem to get LOTS of fries (another extra in my book) so that's a nice perk. I have visited this location a few times and have always received great service. It does tend to get quite busy during certain hours, especially lunch, but they do seem to get the orders out quickly. They are very accommodating to special requests. I have seen many employees working hard to keep everything clean, but that is something any restaurant can always improve upon.

I can't get enough of Five Guys. I love they way they do their burgers. You get to pick what you want on the burger. Not the default lettuce, tomato and mayo like most other burger joints. That is a big plus for me since I hate most condiments that places automatically put on the burgers. On this trip to Five Guys I had a Bacon Cheeseburger with Lettuce, Grilled Onions and Barbecue Sauce, A regular fry and regular drink. The burger was perfect and as always the amount of frys that they give you were more then enough for one person. I recommend any Five Guys the burgers are cooked fresh and the price of a meal here is very well priced. Just a heads up if you go in here around lunch time expect a line the place is usually packed.

it's an overpriced burger not worth the 6 dollars it cost to go to in n out... sorry you guys don't have in and out on the east coast 3 stars because they have free peanuts though

Terrific food and fast and delicious. I went there with my two girls and my husband yesterday, November 14, 2014 around 11:30 am (to beat the lunch rush). The service was quick, efficent. But the thing that surprised me and had me write the review, was a lady that worked there, was cleaning the condiments and soda fountain area offered to help me grab a high chair and walked it to my table for me. This isn't the kind of service you normally see at fast food chains, but more like Disney. She was terrific and sweet. She has great customer service attitude and even had the time to hand my oldest girl a couple pieces of paper and crayons to keep her occupied once we sat down. A big thumbs up to her.

Holy Cow! I think that is what they use for making these burgers! I just love Five Guys and needed a 'food fix' after the day I had at work. I love me some Bacon Cheeseburger, cajun fries and a diet coke... must be diet coke to cut out some of the calories! It is always fresh and hot. Today I was there around 4:30 pm and it was basically empty. I had my food in about 3 min and it is great as usual. The guy taking my order was very friendly and happy to see me. Food was awesome... These are the best burgers in town.... made from holy cows! Enjoy!

I don't really get the fuss about this place. The burgers are okay, but nothing special, and their acclaimed fries are everything I hate in a french fry: underdone, limp, and fairly flavorless. I'd much rather go down the street to Red Robin for a burger, or up the street to Checkers for fries.

Mmmmm such a juicy yummy burger! Yes that's right I have never been to a Five Guys..until now. I was in Winter Garden and needed a burger and fries. Walking in to 5 Guys was a relaxed atmosphere, An open kitchen where you can see the cooks at work and patrons happily eating their meals in to go bags. Why don't they have trays and have an option to serve dine in food ? There are stacked boxes of help-yourself all you can eat salted peanuts. Some people standing around eating them waiting for their order. Just throw the shells on the floor like Roadhouse...for some reason I find it hard to do. You order at the cash . The menu is short and overhead, all the meat is fresh made to order beef. There are also many choices of free toppings to go on your Burg. You also have the option to order your burgers or Hotdogs Bun-less if your on Atkins. I ordered a small burger with fries, my man ordered a Regular (double patty )cheese burger. I really loved my burger! The bun was light and delicious, the meat tender and juicy. Everything was flavored perfectly. The fries taste home made they still have skin on the fries, and they sprinkle a nice salt seasoning on it. Everything was just perfection here The cashiers were friendly and it was closing time, they didn't say a word to us, just let us enjoy our meals and conversation, I like that. The decor is well, a fast food place, nothing much. I did notice lots of Posters with writers and foodies claiming it's the best burger they've ever had. There's also a cork pin-board with drawings the kids made for Five Guys, very cute. Five Guys Burgers and Fries, you do things right and now that I had my first, it will surely not be my last!

I'm a fan of Five Guys overall, and this location really is a nice one. The benefit here, over many other normal locations, is the convenience of the Winter Garden Village, combined with some nice outdoor seating. When you have a young kid, it can be great to let them run around a bit, while enjoying your food. As for the food itself, this location doesn't disappoint. It is the same heaping portion of fries when you order a small, delicious burgers cooked when you order them, and friendly service. Overall, a great place for a solid burger.

Burger is pretty good. I enjoy the peanuts while waiting for my burger. The cashier on duty that day was kind rude, otherwise a pretty good time to change my diet.

If you just want a simply great burger without having to make it yourself, then Five Guys is your place. It's inexpensive and you can put as many toppings as you want for no extra charge. And the portions are huge! Love coming here.

Been there several times. Always a good burger and fries..anytime. Cooked to order and fresh. If you order fries, the small order is almost too large for two.

I am very fond of the toppings you can get on your burger here. I am not very fond of anything else. The fries are insanely salty, especially if you order the spiced ones. The burger patties are thin and greasy and about on par with the meat I would find at a Wendy's. The grease levels here are pretty incredible; great as a hangover breakfast but feels like a gut bomb any other time. The toppings are varied, fresh, crunchy when they should be, they have a lot of sauces that pair well with burgers, and good cheese. If I could combine the toppings at Five Guys with the patties at Backyard Burger, we'd have the perfect fast food burger.

How can someone wanting a burger not like this place? The menu is limited, but what this chain does, they do well. The menu, as the name implies, consist of burgers and hand-cut fries. They also have hot dogs. Best burger in town for under $10 in my opinion! I love that they have fresh jalapenos as a topping option. The Winter Garden team does a great job executing the food and their service has always been friendly and engaging. There are no frills, but the atmosphere is clean. As a father with an infant, it is a plus that this location has a changing table in the men's restroom. Now parking and securing a table, particularly on the weekends, can be a challenge, but that speaks to how good this place is. This place is well worth a visit!

Great fast food and service. Great selection in toppings. Convenient location. All around great place to grab a burger for lunch or in a hurry. For dinner I'd probably recommend Red Robin just due to atmosphere.

Glad I ordered online! This place was so packed when I went to visit! It seems as if the Five Guys are consistent in taste and flavor no matter which one you go to, which is a plus. There was no order here. People were standing in line and there was no assistance. I just saw a worker looking lost and told him I needed to pick up an online order. Everyone was really too busy and involved to pay attention to the customers waiting in line. . .I felt very fortunate not to work here at this moment. Bottom line: f you're going for crap food, I say go all out and head for five guys!

OH yes! The closest thing to In & Out on the East coast.... even though my arteries are clogging as I type because I have not had a burger since I went to 5 Guys in D.C.... I am so f-ing happy there is an AWESOME burger joint near my parents' place! LoL. P.S. If you have a peanut allergy...STAY THE F away!!! Or, have your epi-pen ready! ;)

Five Guys Burgers and Fries 3107 Daniels Road Suite 112 Winter Garden, Florida 407-905-9811 In the course of my travels, I was in Winter Garden Village and decided to try Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Having traveled most of the U.S. I've eaten burgers from coast to coast, and took this opportunity to try Five Guys. Companion and I visited the restaurant at 11:30, before they got busy with the lunchtime crowd. There was no line at the counter. Having never eaten here before, we took a few minutes to study the menu. In the hamburger department, there are 4 possibilities - Hamburger - Cheeseburger - Bacon Burger - and Bacon Cheeseburger with prices between $4.99 and $6.99. There are also "Little" burgers which are identical, but which are 1 patty of beef and more then a dollar less money. For those not in a burger mood one can also get Hot Dogs with the same toppings from $3.39 - $4.69 as well as veggie and/or cheese sandwiches. I ordered the Hamburger - 2 patties on one bun with everything on it except mustard and the addition of jalapenos, and companion ordered the Little Hamburger with onions, mushrooms and ketchup. We also ordered an order of fries to split and soft drinks. The condiment bar was clean, and had a nice assortment of condiments including malt vinegar for those that like to put it on their fries. In due course, our meal was ready. The first surprise was the paper bag that was given to us. As eat in customers, we expected our food on a tray, and instead were given a greasy paper bag with the burgers on the bottom and the fries dumped in all over everything. My burger bun was soggy, and the burger was falling apart on the remains of it. The grilled onions were a disappointment in that they were barely touched by the heat, and the mushrooms tasted and smelled sour. Picking it up to eat it was a true challenge because the whole thing kept falling apart - I needed a fork to finish eating. Another surprise was the raw jalapeno on the burger. Instead of the usual vinegared Jalapeno's that are almost universal, these had a lot of bite, little flavor, and were a total disappointment. Companion declared that the mushrooms on her burger also smelled and tasted sour, and her bun was also very soggy. Unfortunately, we had also ordered fries to go with the meal. The potatoes came out greasy and only half cooked and with virtually no seasoning on them. About the only things that were really good was the Coke, lots of napkins, and the Malt Vinegar! Of all the places I have ever eaten burgers in, I can only say that this is perhaps the only one that I would never eat in again. One star for cleanliness and that's all.

Having moved here from DC area where Five Guys started I was SO excited to see that they were also in Florida. This place is easily the best burger in DC area and I'm sure is here in FL as well. Try a burger with grilled mushrooms and onions and then have them throw on some blue cheese...you won't be disappointed. If you get fries, and you will want to because they are fabulous...their portions are huge...so you can usually share a large with 2-3 people.

Food: Atypical burger joint with all the useful amenities that you would want on your burger. This location is much more SPACIOUS than the NY location on the West Side. They use fresh potatoes daily for their fries. The cajun fries are a must! Decor : It's clean and well maintained. There's no theme per say. Here it's a burger joint. Value: It's pricier than your mass marketed fast food restaurants ,but cheaper than the burgers you would get at a diner. One liner: It's greasy cheesy goodness topped with a bun. :) (There's a lot of pesky birds in the outside dining area, they should invest in spikes or baited food. )

Still the best burger I have had from a chain restaurant. The price is always a bit high but you can combat that by sharing fries and a drink if you are with someone. Fries are not that great anyways. Burger was solid though.

We eat here regularly and the food is consistently high quality. The employees are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful without exception. The fries are enough to feed both of us with just a regular sized order, no need to order the large (or even a second order). The wide variety of add-on items available (free of charge) for the sandwiches are a nice touch. Worth every penny, will definitely keep coming.

  • D K.

This place will definetely fill you up, and at $10 for a cheeseburger and fries, it should! I like the fact that they offer condiments at no extra charge and make the burgers "fresh," so to speak, though this place always makes my stomach hurt afterwards! Could be the grease, but I am not sure, because I've eaten lots of greasy burgers before and never had that problem. Their fries are unique, lots of skin on them, it's up to individual taste. There's always a wait, so try to go there right after lunch or later. It's OK for a "once in a while" type of place.

Best burger around. Fresh cut fries that were ordered on sugar content, size and texture coming from all over the U.S.A. They know what they are doing.

  • Janene H.

Good, unhealthy, greasy burgers! You are totally going to blow your diet eating here but it is worth it! They have made to order burgers with tons of different condiments for you to choose from. The place is small and seats were hard to come by one Saturday afternoon. We actually had to stand there waiting for people to leave. The dining area was in a bit of a shamble too, they had one lady busing tables but she couldn't keep up. The bathroom situation is a little rough too... only one stall (per sex) for the entire place. There was a wait for the bathroom too!

  • Steve M.

Good burgers fresh and hot, Good fries particularly the cajun fries. so why 3 stars? $10 dollars for a burger and fries and drink. I can't help but feel that a Wendy's double combo would be in the same class and 4 bucks cheaper. Ordering is painless and crew is fast.

  • Mike M.

Every resturant should assume when you order a cheese burger, that you want a double! Fresh and tastey are the key words here. Copious amounts if toppings and french fries to die for. Watch out though, too many visits and your heading out i buy a treadmill!
